Housekeeping Position Overview:
Housekeeping at our nursing home oversees all aspects of cleanliness and laundry services to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Manage housekeeping operations: Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and sanitized.
Supervise laundry services:
Handle collection, washing, and distribution of linens and clothing.
Maintain compliance:
Enforce infection control protocols and safety standards.
Budget management:
Control expenses and procure necessary supplies.
Staff leadership:
Train, supervise, and support housekeeping and laundry teams.
