Job Description:

As the Housekeeping Director , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping department to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures. Leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support. Establishing and maintaining cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are adequately maintained. Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinating with other departments to support infection control and safety measures. Managing housekeeping budgets, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses. Training and educating housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Housekeeping Director Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of infection control standards and safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
