Live-out, Full-time, Monday – Friday Weekends in summer 9 am – 5 pm (40 hrs. a week)

Property Manager Overview:

A wonderful family is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper for their summer estate. Candidate must be experienced working in a nice home and be able to demonstrate skills in all aspects of common household cleaning, as well as possessing excellent laundry and ironing skills. The culture of the home is informal but the expectations for quality service and efficiency are high. A positive, pleasant, willing to please type of personality would do well here. Job Requirements Full-service housekeeping, including but not limited to: Daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning, of windows, dishes, and beds Dusting all surfaces, furniture, blinds, window ledges, trim, and wiping wood furniture

Laundry:

excellent clothing care (pressing and steaming, Miele machine) Organize clothing, closets/drawers as needed by the employer; seasonally change out wardrobes Running errands including weekly grocery shopping and dry cleaners Candidate Qualities Professional, capable, self-confident, intuitive Clean appearance, organized and efficient Good communicator Generally, knows what to do, requires minimal direction, and is open to feedback Can adjust to and accommodate changing circumstances Requirements 5+ years’ experience Excellent, stable work history and references Driver’s license Vaccinated Good English fluency
