RESPONSIBILITIES

(To include but not limited to)

• Oversee the day to day activities of the housekeeping department; including planning, scheduling and organizing work to ensure proper coverage.
• Anticipate internal/ external guest’s needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.
• Perform scheduled routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, housekeeping and food and beverage linens, public restrooms, lobby are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive internal/external guest relations at all times, while resolving any internal/external guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes responding to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.
• Assist with the special needs and requests of repeat guests and members of frequency programs.

If special items requested, follow up on delivery and return of all such items. This busy airport hotel needs an Executive Housekeeper who strives in a fast paced environment, has attention to detail and enjoys mentoring staff members.
