Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. This role involves assisting the Housekeeping manager in the daily operations, ensuring that all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet our guests’ expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards. Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize productivity while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the hotel. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and incident reports. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with custodial practices, industrial cleaning methods, and floor care techniques is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
