Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel housekeeping experience, strong leadership skills, and an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked. Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Train, support, and motivate housekeeping team members to meet performance goals and uphold hotel standards. Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally. Maintain open communication with the front desk, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless guest service. Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring appropriate staffing levels for peak periods. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting required; supervisory experience strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to upholding cleanliness and presentation standards. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to lead by example and foster a team environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items for extended periods.
