Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Must have supervisory experience in both maintenance and housekeeping. Prior experience in maintenance in an
LTC/SNF/AL/MC
setting required Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping and maintenance procedures HVAC background, plumbing and electrical experience a plus Must have solid technical experience, basic computer skills, and be organized enough to log all completed work
Responsibilities:
This role involves performing maintenance tasks directly while supervising a team Oversees the quality and workmanship of all cleaning personnel and outside contractors. Knowledgeable of housekeeping and maintenance practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations and guidelines governing housekeeping functions in the long-term care facility.
