Job Description
We are seeking a polished, skilled, and detail- oriented Executive Housekeeper to manage day-to-day household cleanliness, operations, and wardrobe care. The candidate will work closely with the principal on a range of personal and home related projects and report directly to the Chief of Staff, who will provide guidance and structure. This position is best suited for someone who takes pride in maintaining elevated care to a refined personal environment, has a natural eye for detail, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced home environment. Discretion, flexibility, and a proactive mindset are key. Travel to the Hamptons during the summer months and occasional travel to Miami is required. Key Responsibilities Household Management & Cleaning Maintain immaculate daily cleanliness across kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas Handle dishes and kitchen maintenance throughout the day Handle all aspects of laundry and wardrobe care, including delicate washing, folding, ironing/steaming, specialty dry cleaning coordination, repairs and tailoring coordination Organize and maintain closets, drawers, and personal items Monitor and replenish household and personal supplies (toiletries, grooming products, medications) Run local errands and coordinate regular grocery orders Provide access to service/maintenance providers as needed Monitor home deliveries and outgoing packages/mail Troubleshoot minor tech issues (TV, Wi-Fi, printer) and escalate when needed Personal Assistant Duties Wardrobe & Travel Support Handle travel preparation (packing lists, toiletry prep, wardrobe) Pack and unpack for travel Prepare seasonal wardrobe and household transitions Pet Care Assist with daily pet care, including feeding and occasional walking Schedule and manage vet, grooming, and dog walker appointments • Additional support tasks may vary based on household and principal needs Requirements Strong knowledge of luxury garment care and wardrobe management Discretion is a must – candidate must be trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times Willing to sign and uphold a confidentiality agreement and pass background check Excellent communicator who can take initiative Comfortable working in a home with two large dogs Tech literate with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues (Wi-Fi, smart devices, printers, etc.) Willingness to travel occasionally (accommodations provided) Legally authorized to work in the US Bachelor’s degree preferred Driver’s license preferred NYC-based candidates strongly preferred; open to relocation for the right fit
