What You’ll Do:
Lead the
Team:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Quality Control:
Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Floor Care Extraordinaire:
Oversee floor care activities to enhance the appearance of floors.
Stock Up:
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management.
Spotless Spaces:
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Safety First:
Implement and monitor safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Sterile Success:
Supervise terminal cleaning of procedure rooms to ensure a sterile environment for medical procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:
Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and supervise a team effectively. Attention to
Detail:
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Time Management:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Stamina:
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
Communication:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
