Full-Time Executive Housekeeper – Newtown, PA $30-$40/hour DOE + Healthcare Stipend + PTO + Benefits A warm, active family in Newtown, PA is seeking an exceptional, career housekeeper to join their household team. This live-out, full-time position is ideal for someone who brings a meticulous, museum-quality standard of care , operates with complete independence, and takes genuine pride in their craft. The home is well-kept and well-run, and the family is seeking someone who will elevate and maintain this standard with care, consistency, and discretion. Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Occasional evening or weekend flexibility for entertaining or hosting guests About the Role This is a hands-on, full-charge housekeeping role for a candidate who understands the rhythm of a busy household with young children and can maintain a pristine, orderly home without requiring daily oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply experienced in private homes, bringing both polish and warmth to their work. Core Responsibilities Complete household cleaning with museum-level detail : vacuuming, mopping, polishing, dusting, and deep cleaning as needed Daily care and upkeep of all bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas Laundry management, including ironing of garments, bed linens, and delicate fabrics Maintenance and cleaning of family vehicles (interior only), strollers, and car seats Light meal prep: washing and chopping produce, marinating proteins, assembling family-friendly snacks Inventorying and ordering household and pantry items, including groceries and cleaning supplies Preparing the home for guests, including guest room refresh and entertaining support Packing and unpacking for family travel with care and efficiency Liaising with vendors and service providers (landscapers, pool technicians, etc.) Who You Are A white-glove housekeeper with immaculate attention to detail and deep pride in your work Experienced in high-standard private homes with 5+ years of long-term placements A true professional : discreet, respectful, and reliable Independent and intuitive —you anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and take initiative without requiring day-to-day direction Kind and kid-friendly —comfortable working in a lively home with small children and understanding of the natural (and lovable) mess that can come with them Organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining a calm, structured home environment Looking for a long-term, stable role with a warm, respectful family Requirements Minimum 5 years of private home housekeeping experience (museum-quality or estate-level standards preferred) Excellent, long-term professional references Legal to work in the U.S. Must drive and have a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour depending on experience Healthcare stipend Paid vacation (2 weeks), sick days, and major holidays Warm, respectful working environment with long-term potential To Apply If you are a seasoned, self-motivated housekeeper who holds their work to the highest standard, we’d love to hear from you.
