Hotel Inspector & Housekeeper Candlewood Suites Harrisburg I-81 Hershey Area 504 N Mountain Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17112 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties As a Hotel Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include: Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet high standards of cleanliness. Performing floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assisting with laundry services for linens and guest clothing when required. Following all hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping management and safety protocols. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner. Experience Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards consistently. Experience in floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
