Immediate Comfort Inn Philadelphia International Airport West is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you will ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Participate in daily room cleaning and inspections to ensure quality and consistency. Identify and report maintenance issues; coordinate with the maintenance team for prompt resolution. Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and manage the housekeeping department budget efficiently. Recruit and develop a team aligned with our standards of service and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor or manager. High School Diploma or GED required. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to maintain high standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays , and as needed to fill scheduling gaps. Must be reliable, professional , and ready to start immediately .
