This position is responsible for overseeing the environmental services team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing best practices in custodial services. Responsibilities Supervise and manage the environmental services team to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other health standards related to environmental services. Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or sanitation promptly. Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility maintenance efforts.
