Responsibilities:

Observe employees and stay informed about the daily activities of hotel staff. Follow the hotel policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment for all guests and employees. Talk to other staff to find out if there are any problems or complaints. Make sure that all equipment is working properly. Conduct room inspections.
