% of supplies! Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within the facility. Launder linens, towels, and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and adherence to cleaning protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition. Conduct inspections of rooms and all areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around guest activities or events. Address any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is essential. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
