What You’ll Do :
As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you’ll: Conduct inspections of resident apartments and public areas to ensure top-tier cleanliness. Lead by example—training, mentoring, and inspiring our housekeeping team. Communicate effectively with leadership and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. Maintain inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted service. Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when needed—because we’re all in this together!
Requirements:
What You Bring:
2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Inspector (plus 1+ year as a Housekeeper). A sharp eye for detail and a heart for service. Strong leadership and communication skills.
