We have an immediate need for a Housekeeping Inspector/Runner who will inspect the work of cleaning staff for a thriving vacation rental property management company. We are highly committed to cleanliness and detail to ensure overall guest satisfaction and experience. This is a GREAT role for a highly organized, detailed oriented professional. Direct housekeeping and hospitality experience is preferred but not necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect work performed by cleaning teams to ensure it meets specifications and standards. Deliver welcome gifts during inspections. Perform light to moderate cleaning and organizing when necessary. Deliver items to properties and directly to guests as needed Assist operations team with standard maintenance tasks Recommend maintenance requests for issues found during inspections. Examine properties for damages. Check linens and supplies in each property. Record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequacies. Communicate with coworkers regarding problems that need attention. Other duties as assigned by

General Manager Job Skills/Requirements:

Reliable transportation. Attention to detail. Display good customer relation skills Ability to work weekends. (Mandatory) Use hands to lift, carry, or pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb stairs to access all properties Ability to manage time wisely with minimal supervision.
