Your leadership will help ensure that our housekeeping team consistently delivers a high level of service, upholding the cleanliness and comfort standards that define our hotel experience. What You’ll Do As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient room readiness Providing coaching, feedback, and support to the housekeeping team Inspecting rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and brand standards Assisting in scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing day-to-day operations Opening and closing the department and assigning daily tasks Managing Lost and Found items and guest communications Promoting a clean, safe, and secure environment throughout the property Performing hands-on housekeeping and laundry tasks when needed Leading daily team stand-up meetings Following all company safety protocols and procedures ✅

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Minimum 6 months in housekeeping or a similar field (required) Hospitality experience (preferred)

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Skills & Attributes:

Basic computer literacy Strong communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly Able to bend, squat, stand, and walk for extended periods Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays ????
