Commerce Dr, Richburg, SC 29729 Looking to Hire Immediately!!!! Position Summary The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Richburg, SC is looking for a qualified, well-rounded, enthusiastic team player that is passionate and committed to providing an exceptional experience.

The Executive Housekeeper oversees the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This position includes hiring, training, room inspections, inventory control, ordering guest amenities & supplies, scheduling and ensuring the success of the entire housekeeping department. The Executive Housekeeper ensures 100 percent guest satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities ~ Ensuring the property is prepared at all times for Quality Assurance, is in compliance and is aware of all Brand Standards. ~ Performs daily property walks and inspects guest rooms daily ~ Ensuring housekeeping team is trained appropriately. ~ Respond quickly to all guest complaints, concerns, and comments ~ Hire, onboard, and train new housekeeping team members ~ Be the leader in quality housekeeping training and ensure cleanliness standards are taught and maintained. .~ Ensuring employees are trained in all emergency procedures, key safety, and guest safety. ~ Promotes a strong culture led by HMS and IHG. ~ Controls expenses, and uses forecasting tools to spend within given budgets and schedule accordingly. ~ Open and close housekeeping department and ensure proper communication between departments

Work Environment:

~ Must be able to stand for 8 hours. ~ Required to kneel, reach, squat, bend, crawl, pull, push, and twist .~ Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift/carry 30 pounds. ~ Prior housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting required. (3-5 years) ~ Excellent work ethic ~ Strong attention to detail ~ Ability to work in a fast- paced environment. ~ Strong communication skills – both verbal and written ~ Able to communicate in Spanish (preferred not required) ~ Punctual, reliable, and regular attendance.
