Housekeeping Company Description Pay Rate:
$17 / hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. Job Description Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.
Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction.
Inspect and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.
Assist in the training and development of both existing and new staff members.
Report engineering issues according to established company procedures.
Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Valid Driver’s License
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Prior experience with HotSOS, property management system preferred.
