Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping personnel
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
• Maintain records of housekeeping activities and prepare reports for management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial, or housekeeping management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards
