Full Job Description Housekeeping Manager Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel setting
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Address guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with laundry operations in a hotel setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
