Job Location:
Lake City Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily custodial operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for various facilities. Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for staff. Collaborate with facility management to address specific cleaning needs or concerns. Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage. Be willing to work a flexible schedule that would include working after 6:00 PM and beyond when the circumstance dictate Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles, preferably in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
