Bilingual Housekeeping Supervisor Specialized Recruiting Group Nashville, TN 37228 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Housekeeping/Janitorial Supervisor to lead a crew of 7 in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on industrial cleaning and custodial services. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping work orders to ensure efficient workflow. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
