This property features 184 rooms with an outdoor pool, onsite parking, a spacious fitness center, complimentary breakfast and a self-serve beer wall. About You We are in search of a Housekeeping Supervisor who shares our enthusiasm for cleanliness and is hardworking and dedicated. Skills that will help you succeed in this role include: Proficiency in Housekeeping tasks, including supervising and inspecting the work of housekeeping teams. Strong problem-solving skills and abilities to handle various challenges efficiently. Effective communications and collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, effective relationships with your housekeeping team and the Hotel team as a whole. The capacity to lead and capably motivate your team, instilling accountability and nurturing their potential for future growth. We are looking for an individual who can help us ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Desired Qualifications Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry or a similar field. Excellent communication skills. Ability to remain organized, effectively manage time and keep yourself and team focused and motivated. Relevant certifications and knowledge in housekeeping field. Computer literate and capable of effectively tracking work output of Department. Other Expectations The Housekeeping Supervisor must maintain a valid Driver’s License and be able to travel for short periods if necessary. May be required to stand for long periods or lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
