Responsibilities include but are not limited to training, coaching, and evaluating team, and directing team regarding departmental policies and procedures. Manager will prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for maintenance, repair and changes in operational procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members. Oversees day-to-day operations Ordering supplies Inventory Coordinates set ups and break downs Sets daily schedule Coordinates project floor work Rounds units/ clinics/ pharmacy Rounds on housekeepers Places Maintenance work orders Input daily rounding, hand hygiene, patient connects, discharge inspections Established a working relationship with team Rounds weekly with Leadership Check and change sharps containers as needed Fill in when need to help the organization
