POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for full-time and part-time friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect guest rooms after housekeepers have performed cleaning duties to ensure that all HHS cleaning standards are achieved Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service Monitor appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices Provide friendly and kind service to all guests Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Background check and proof of employment eligibility required Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform

Preferred:

Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)
