Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, utilizing appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Manage floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine environment. Assist in housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality guidelines and regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry or hotel settings. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established cleaning protocols effectively.
