Residential Housekeeper/House Manager 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Brentwood, TN 37027 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly trustworthy Housekeeper-House Manager to support the smooth operation of a well-maintained private household. This is a unique, blended role for someone who enjoys both hands-on cleaning and organizational oversight.

Position Overview:

This role combines traditional housekeeping duties with house management responsibilities to ensure a high-end residence operates seamlessly. You will maintain cleanliness, manage vendors and household systems, assist with errands and special projects, and provide occasional oversight during the homeowners’ travel.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM with additional hours as needed. Hours not to exceed 35 hours per week total. Flexibility and some weekend availability required for special projects and check-ins when homeowners are out of town.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties Daily upkeep and detailed cleaning of all areas Laundry and linen care Hotel-standard bed-making and room setup Routine walk-throughs with checklists to ensure all home systems are functioning (e.g., HVAC, internet, pool, vehicles, trash, etc.) House Management Duties Coordinate and oversee home maintenance and vendors Communicate with homeowners to manage inventory and handle restocking, shopping, and errands Prepare for holidays, visitors, and occasional events Assist with home organization and special projects Respond to weather-related check-ins and ensure property safety Maintain discretion and handle all matters with confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits:

$40 per Hour (paid weekly via household payroll service)
