Summary We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Comfort Inn & Suites. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned to high standards. Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel policies. Train new housekeeping employees on procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Assist in developing housekeeping schedules to optimize staff efficiency. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
