Material Terms and Conditions of the Job Offer

• Workers are needed to begin work on April 1, 2025 throughNovember 30, 2025
• Anticipated days and hours of work per week: employees will be assigned to one of two shifts: 6:30am to 2:30pm or 2:00pm to 11:00pm; Wednesday through Monday

• Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations
• The hourly wage is $13.16, and overtime hours will be available to the workers and payable at the rate of $19.74
• Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned
• Workers will be provided, without charge or deposits charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned
• Employer will provide housing (optional) at a cost of $125 per week
• Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law. A one-time security deposit of $150 ($75 is refundable if room is clean/undamaged upon departure)and a weekly rent of $125will be deducted for workers who choose to live in employer-provided housing
• Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly
• Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees)
• If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59 per day with receipts
