The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in both office and residential settings. This role requires individuals who can work independently or as part of a team and provide their own basic cleaning supplies. Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Contract Janitorial Workers- Duties and Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety regulations. Contract Janitorial Workers- Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable transportation to various job sites. Ability to pass drug screening and background check Must provide own basic cleaning supplies (e.g., brooms, mops, cleaning solutions). Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. Good communication skills.
