$17.20 per hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains the interior and exterior of the facility in compliance with our image and safety standards. Clean interior offices, classrooms, break areas, and lobby. Dust, vacuum, mop, empty trash, and clean windows, and tables. Cleans and stocks restrooms. Performs custodial work utilizing sound safety practices (i.e., lifting, use of equipment, floor signs, etc.) and reports accidents to the team leader. Transports trash to the compactor. Inspect the exterior of premises, keep sidewalks swept and blown of debris, grounds, and parking lot clear. Monitors vendor services, landscape maintenance, window service, pest control, and property sweep. Maintains the custodial checklist. Inventories custodial supplies and equipment. Notifies the TLC when needed to reorder. Reports damaged or non-working equipment to the team leader in a timely manner. Responsible for performing assigned duties within the framework of our

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to move, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods of time. Ability to turn from side to side. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
