General Manager Responsibilities:

Manage your power washing and other services teams to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
