Job Description:

We are seeking working Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations in multiple buildings within a local area. This role is critical in ensuring that our manufacturing clients’ facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with our quality standards. The manager will supervise a team, conduct regular inspections, and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage janitorial staff across multiple manufacturing buildings. Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards. Coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure staff coverage. Communicate effectively with both team members and clients. Train and support staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Opportunities for ongoing training, certifications, and professional development. ISSA training will be provided to ensure industry-standard expertise. Fluent in both Spanish and English. Previous supervisory experience, preferably in janitorial or manufacturing environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
