Commercial Office Cleaner iron City Floor Care Auburn, AL 36830 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash in both residential and commercial spaces. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs promptly. Own cleaning equipment and tools to provide cleaning at customer sites. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
