Summary Quantum Technologies Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to provide support as a Custodian . Ideal Custodian will be responsible for cleaning multiple facilities. This position performs a range of duties to keep the businesses clean, such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors, and vacuuming. They’re also responsible for performing routine inspections to check that spaces like restrooms are always sanitary and supplies are stocked. Responsibilities Performing heavy cleaning tasks and projects. Notifying management of any deficiencies or repair needs. Refilling supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels. Disposing of trash from bins and containers. Maintaining cleanliness in all public areas, both inside and outside the building, including windows and doors. Undertaking other assigned duties. Required skills and qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have a current valid drivers license. Must have reliable transportation to go to various corporate offices as part of the daily work assignments. Must be able to work Monday – Friday, from 7 AM until 3 PM daily onsite. Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to job and duties. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routines. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of relevant experience is a plus. Candidates with 3+ years of experience, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills may be considered for a lead position, subject to meeting demonstrated experience, ability, and job requirements knowledge. Ability to follow verbal directions and complete assigned tasks. Ability to work well independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail in cleaning tasks. Must be physically capable of reaching, stretching, bending, and walking during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for extended periods. Must also be able to lift 25 to 30 pounds. General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques. Must be willing and able to complete a background check as part of the pre-employment process. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable DoD Security clearance.
