Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas as needed, including sanitizing surfaces and ensuring general cleanliness. Execute carpet and floor care using your preferred equipment and methods, when requested. Launder linens and fabrics, if included in the job scope, following your own protocols and tools. Provide excellent client service by responding professionally to requests and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct your own inspections of cleaned areas to support high-quality outcomes. Perform cleaning duties in residential and/or short-term rentals, which may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Follow your own safety practices and industry guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, or short term rentals, is preferred but not required. Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
