The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and ensures every unit is spotless, sanitized, and move-in ready. Responsibilities Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the unit Clean inside and outside of appliances (refrigerators, ovens, etc.) Wipe down walls, baseboards, doors, and windows Remove trash and debris from the unit Report any damage or needed repairs to management Restock supplies and maintain cleaning equipment Requirements Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check
