CUSTODIAN

to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.•The Custodian is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing plant, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces. •

NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

HOURS:

Monday-Friday 6:00pm-4:00am

KEY-RESPOSIBILITIES

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in production and non-production areas Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums) Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor •

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an industrial setting Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Must be able to pass a federal background check Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Must have reliable transportation
