The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage in industrial cleaning processes when required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
