This position averages 30 hours per week, with occasional overtime based on event needs.

Work Schedule:

Typical hours are Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with some weekends and evenings required during scheduled events. Flexibility in scheduling is a must. Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for events
• General cleaning of facility and grounds
• Mowing and weed eating outdoor areas
• Basic facility maintenance
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms
• Emptying trash and maintaining cleanliness during and after events
• Assisting renters and vendors during events as directed by Building Manager or administrative staff
• Performing other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with forklifts and scissor lifts preferred, but not required
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and equipment
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus
