The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. Responsibilities Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items and equipment. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and prevent contamination. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
