Real Estate Development and Property Management Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our community. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep our offices and facilities in top condition.

Requirements:

Walk and inspect community grounds. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas. Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Empty trash and recycling bins. Replenish supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper. Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs.

Qualifications:
