The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Remove trash and recycling from designated areas and ensure proper disposal. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing duties. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
