The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks effectively. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, window washing, and restroom sanitation. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and office spaces. Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed in warehouses or production areas. Provide floor care services including buffing and polishing surfaces. Assist with residential painting projects when required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is desirable.
