Custodian/Maintenance staff cleans the lobby and public restroom, washes and folds laundry, assists other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready, responsible for maintenance of facilities and grounds. Responds to an/all emergency situations (police, fire, emergency responder, water, building-electrical outage, water line breaks, etc.) in a timely manner.
