Full Job Description Scheduled Hours:
8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday. This job requires at least 3 years’ housekeeping experience.
Role, Responsibility, Level of Authority:
The Day Porter will clean and keep washrooms, offices, and lobby areas in an orderly condition. Duties will involve a combination of the following: Policing interior common areas, hallways, stairwells, etc. Cleaning drinking fountains, glass surfaces Maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, re-stocking supplies as needed. Police exterior entrances and sidewalks, maintain smoking urns Polish bright metal surfaces in main entrances, lobbies, elevators, etc. Remove trash as needed in common lobbies, hallways, restrooms, etc.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND WORK ETHIC. BACKGROUND CHECK AND SECURITY CLEARANCE
– Must pass security background check and have the ability to pass Federal Government Security Clearance.
