Job Description:

RBM Maintenance is looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ocean County, NJ . This role is ideal for individuals with commercial office and retail cleaning experience who take pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial office and retail spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Handle general maintenance tasks , including minor repairs, basic plumbing, and light electrical work. Maintain floors, carpets, restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas in accordance with company standards. Respond to urgent maintenance needs and ensure facilities remain operational. Inspect and report any facility issues or safety hazards to management. Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment. Follow safety protocols and company cleaning procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience in office or retail cleaning is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
