The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintain floors through buffing, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure they are clean and presentable. Carry out custodial duties such as trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitization. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations. Provide porter services by monitoring cleanliness in high-traffic areas and addressing any immediate cleaning needs. Occasionally engage in residential painting projects as part of facility upkeep. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
